DealVibes Return & Refund Policy
At DealVibes, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted partner Printful, the following return and refund guidelines apply:
🛠 Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 25 days of receiving the product. We’ll take care of the issue at no extra cost if it’s determined to be a mistake on our end.
📦 Lost Packages
If your package seems to be lost in transit, reach out to us within 25 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue and assist you with a resolution.
🚨 Report a Problem
Notice an issue with your order? Simply submit a problem report using our contact form, and we’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
🏠 Return Address
All returns are sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility by default. If a return is received, you’ll be notified via email. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 25 days.
If you choose to use a different return address, please note that you will be responsible for any returned shipments.
📬 Common Return Scenarios
📌 Wrong Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the package is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item after confirming the correct address.
🚫 Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to our facility, reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
😷 Health & Hygiene Products
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods such as face masks. If face masks are returned, they will be disposed of and not eligible for reshipment or refund.
🔁 Returns by Customer
If a customer changes their mind or requests a different size, returns and exchanges are handled at your discretion and expense. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size issues.
If you’d like to offer exchanges, a new order will need to be placed for the preferred item or size.
🇪🇺 Notice for EU Customers
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, certain products are not eligible for return, including:

Items made to order or personalized.

Sealed products unsealed after delivery, for hygiene reasons.
As such, DealVibes reserves the right to refuse returns on these items.
